The 46-0-0 fertilizer, also known as urea, is a highly concentrated source of nitrogen and 100% water soluble. It is applied either surface or through irrigation systems.
Its high nitrogen content makes it an excellent choice for promoting vegetative and leaf growth in all crops.
It is recommended to apply this fertilizer during the growing season when the plant requires high levels of nitrogen for optimal growth.
Avoid the addition of urea when temperatures are high, the soil is dry as well as in calcareous or alkaline soils.
